Who we are

Graeme Moses – Managing Director

Graeme Moses has spent more than two decades at the intersection of policy, politics, media and industry — as a senior executive, advocate, and strategic advisor.

Most recently Deputy CEO of the Tourism & Transport Forum (TTF), Graeme led the organisation’s advocacy, media, and research programs for nearly a decade, playing a leading role in the sector’s response to the Black Summer bushfires and COVID-19. During that period he played an integral role in securing ongoing JobKeeper and Jobsaver support for the tourism, aviation, hospitality, and transport industries and advocated successfully at both federal and state level for the recommencement of cruise operations.

Graeme led and project managed an extensive body of research across the pandemic period and beyond, including the national and state-by-state economic impact of COVID-19 on the visitor economy; the impact of COVID on public transport patronage and CBD activity in major Australian cities; and research into Australia’s National Parks access and infrastructure deficit. Each piece of research was developed with a purpose: to underpin evidence-based advocacy campaigns, drive media profile, and influence government at all levels and across political persuasions.

Moses Corporate Affairs was established in April 2024. Graeme is currently advising clients across industry associations, aviation, and tourism on government engagement, regulatory reform, and federal and state election strategy — working nationally from a Sydney base.
